Please RSVP at YWCA front desk (242-2110) so we know how many to plan for!
Please join us in this statement of hope and witness for peace in our community. Enjoy performances from local choirs, create a peace pole craft, walk for peace along the Jefferson walking and take part in the butterfly release. Free viewing of "Disturbing the Peace" at 6:30pm at the Canticle.
Join the YWCA 50+ Club for a fun 1-mile walk along the beautiful Clinton riverfront. Meet at the picnic table just south of the Showboat. Pick up playing cards along the way and see who has the winning poker hand at the end of the walk - Prizes awarded for top three hands! Refreshments provided at the end of the walk thanks to our sponsor, Farmers' Insurance, Chuck Duax.
Please join us for this special YWCA Week Without Violence edition of our Diversity Book Club. We will enjoy an informal discussion of Jimmy Carter's book, "A Call to Action," a best-selling book that addresses the world’s most serious, pervasive, and ignored violation of basic human rights: the ongoing discrimination and violence against women and girls.
