The YWCA is well known in our community for being the “best place to work out". The YWCA offers a variety of fitness classes designed for all levels of fitness. Our Weight Room and Cardio Room are very well-equipped with resistance training machines, stability balls, BOSUs, kettle bells, as well as a full line of treadmills, ellipticals, steppers and bikes giving our members the ability to create their own diverse workout. In addition, there is a huge assortment of free weights.
