The Voice for Love
A simple way to take control of our life and to heal our mind, body, emotions and soul is to meditate. By learning to quiet our mind and go within through the techniques of meditation; great wisdom in the form of inner truth and peace can be achieved. A practice of scheduling as little as 10 – 20 minutes per day to focus on our breathing, to monitor our thoughts, to count our blessings will make a positive difference in our health. Meditation lowers the blood pressure, reduces anxiety and depression, decreases chronic pain, dissipates anger, increases cognitive ability and brings a deeper understanding of self awareness and life purpose.

One Session of 4 week classes:
Fall Session: September 13th – October 12th
Please note: Session blocks are 5 weeks in length to allow for make-up classes as needed. We do not meet on holidays. Instructor reserves the right to determine scheduling of make-up classes.
Level 1 and Level 2 – Will guide you to a better understanding of calming the mind and healing the body.
Thursday 6:00-7:30 pm
Fee: $70 YWCA members/Community members
Level 3 and Level 4 – Developing clearer levels of intention and intuition. This, in turn, creates a deeper awareness of the spiritual truths and how they enrich and heal your life.
Wednesday 6:00-7:30 pm or
Thursday 10:00-11:30 am
Fee: $88 YWCA members/Community members
