Personal Training Packages

Is your fitness program needing a boost? The YWCA offers the services of certified personal trainers. There are several personal training packages to choose from. To make an appointment or to receive more information about packages, call 242-2110 x.300 or ask at the front desk.

To get started working with your very own personal trainer,click here to complete a registration form or call our YWCA Health & Wellness Director at 242-2110 x. 300 or email wellness@ywcaclinton.org. Your registration form will be reviewed and a personal trainer will contact you to determine availability and pending appointments. Once contact and approval have been met, the personal trainer will schedule your first consultation and session.

3-Week or 6-week Written Program

Having a plan and goals to work towards are two stepping stones to great health. Start your path to better health out right with either our 3-week or 6-week fitness plan. Designed for you by one of our YWCA Personal Trainers, this plan will help you stay on track. It lists exercises you are to perform, along with sets and repetitions. You will be given paperwork to document your progress. (To receive a written plan, clients must spend at least 5 session hours with a trainer to ensure proper technique and form).

Find out your body fat percentage. Body fat assessments cost $5 by appointment.

Personal Fitness Assessment

Test your fitness level. Allow approximately one hour for total testing and wear comfortable, loose clothing. To schedule an appointment, call 242-2110 ext. 300.

Fitness Center Orientation

FREE to members!
Individual fitness orientation is designed to teach proper weight lifting techniques as well as use of cardio machines. Call 242-2110 x.300 for an appointment. Ages 14 and older. Youth 10 to 14 accepted with restrictions. Members – Free; Non-members, personal training fees apply.
