YWCA Indoor Pool
YWCA Clinton an indoor pool available to our community. Swimming lessons, open swim, lap swim, and aquatic fitness classes are all offered at various times throughout the day at the YWCA Downtown Pool. See pool schedule(s) below for times and availability.
Please note: Our sauna is located on the pool deck and is therefore only available for use when the pool area is open.
In an effort to ensure the water safety of our members, YWCA Clinton has a deep-water testing policy. Before entering the deep end of the pool, all children aged 13 and younger must pass a deep water test. Learn more about our deep water test below.
- Our Lifeguards are American Red Cross certified.
- Our Swim Instructors go through our personalized training program and are YWCA Swim Instructor certified.

Membership Options

Adult Full Access - Monthly
Adult Full Access includes membership for 1 adult aged 18-59 which offers access to all YWCA services. This membership includes access to all YWCA fitness classes and events, which is not included in the Adult Basic Access.
$46/ Month

Family Full Access - Monthly
The Family Full Access includes membership for domestic partners and their children. Children must be under the age of 18 and living in the same house. Membership offers access to YWCA services, including all fitness classes and events and discounted swim lessons.
$65/ Month

Senior Full Access - Monthly
The Senior Adult Full Access includes membership for one adult aged 60+ which offers access to all YWCA services, including all fitness classes which is not included in the Adult Basic Access. Discounted for those aged 60+.

Our Weight Room and Cardio Room are very well-equipped with the latest in cardio equipment, resistance training machines, and free weights. Weight Room use is free to members. Non-members may purchase a Day Pass to use the Fitness Center.
FREE Fitness Center Orientation
Fitness Center orientation is designed to teach proper weight lifting techniques as well as use of cardiovascular machines. Appointments may be made by calling 242-2110 ext. 304. Ages 16 and older are allowed in the fitness center. This service is free to members. For non-members, please call for availability.

Try our AquaZip’N!
Our AquaZip’N is a fun feature for all to enjoy!
This cross between a traditional rope swing and zipline allows the rider to hold the rope swing while jumping into the pool and riding the zipline to its end before making a big splash into the pool’s deep end! Call our front desk at 563-242-2110 to learn more!

Swimming for Fitness
At YWCA Clinton, we know swimming isn’t just for kids, but can be a great addition to your fitness regime! No matter what your fitness or training goals are, YWCA Aquatics has the tools to help you reach them. The average water temperature for the YWCA pool is 86 degrees. The Arthritis Foundation recommends water temperatures of 83-90 degrees. Lane sign-up is required at the YWCA Pool.
